Step by Step Guide
This page is an overview guide to setting up a web site using RipeSite Content Management System.
Each function is available by selecting the appropriate icon in the RipeSite Control panel.
RipeSite CMS is password protected to protect data and files requiring the user to login. Please note: CMS functionality requires Internet Explorer. More...
Login and access content editor functions on the home page.
Wherever you see ??? next to a feature, click or hover your mouse over to view helpful hints and instructions of how to use the feature.
Step 1 - Layout and Configuration 
Web site - Change Settings
Add Company or Web Site Title, Contact email address.
Select web site layout > Site Stylesheet.
Step 2 - Add Header Information 
Web page - Make Changes
Navigation panels - Page header - Edit
Add your company / web site title or logo using the WYSIWYG content editor.

Step 3 - Add Footer Information
Repeat step 2
Step 4 - Add Web pages 
Add file name and page name to create additional pages as required. After adding the page, you are then able to add content to the page through the link provided or Web page - Make Changes link.
Step 5 - Edit pages
RipeSite includes the following standard blank pages:
- About Us - Company profile
- Contact Us - Company address and contact information
- Contact Thank you - Message viewed after message is sent.
- Error page - Message displayed if page cannot be displayed.
- Links page - Add links to your favourite web sites.
- Privacy, Aceptable Use and Disclaimer - Add content

Step 6 - Appearance 
Stylesheet sheet - Make changes
Two stylesheets control the display of the entire web site including layouts.
- Basic Stylesheet - Enables control of fonts and page colours and sizes.
